Cannabis Law

Quarry Park Law advises business and individuals in the area of medical cannabis regulatory compliance and legal issues related to the cannabis industry. We have counseled licence applicants, investors and lenders on both the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) and the Marihuana Medical Access Regulations (MMAR) and advised on the rights and duties of both employees and employers pertaining to medical cannabis in the workplace.
