Quarry Park Law Hosts Free Real Estate Seminar to McKenzie Towne Residents

Quarry Park Law hosted a free Real Estate seminar to residents of the McKenzie Towne community in south Calgary this evening at the McKenzie Towne Council from 7-8 pm. The seminar consisted of a 40 minute presentation with a Q&A period for attendees with coffee and light snacks.
The free seminar provided information on:
- What does a lawyer do in a real estate transaction? (Pre and post contract)
- Representations and Warranties
- Conditions and Deposits
- Real Property Reports (RPRs)
- Adjustments
- Condominiums
- Timing Issues
- Mortgages
Quarry Park Law will be hosting a series of seminars to the public over the coming months on a variety of legal topics including Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Small & Home-based Businesses and Emerging Areas of Law. These seminars will be announced on the Quarry Park Law website, as well as their Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
