Quarry Park Law to Present Free Wills & Estate Planning Seminar on September 26th, 2017

Quarry Park Law continues its series of free legal education seminars in Calgary to the general public on Tuesday, September 26th, 2017 at the Riverbend Community Association (19 Rivervalley Drive SE) from 7-8 pm.

This comprehensive seminar titled Planning for Death & Disability will cover a variety of topics including:

Definitions, differences and important considerations between the Big 3:
1. Will
2. Power of Attorney
3. Personal Directive
Executor, Agent, Attorney and Guardianship responsibilities
Intestacy – What is it and why does it matter?
Pre-planned funeral arrangements

Elder Abuse

The 1 hour session will include a brief presentation followed by Q&A with drinks and snacks provided at no cost. The seminar is open to the public including those who are not residents of the Riverbend or community association members.
